Believe it or not, that was the choice made by the world’s second-largest digital bank to prove it has much more to offer than people realize. From the short film to tons of social content, a game show, a product campaign, and even hosting the Friends Experience exhibition for the first time in Latin America—Nubank turned fandom into fuel and became the conversation that shook the category once again. What seemed like a not-so-smart idea convinced millions that Nubank is the smartest one out there.
